This year POLAGRA-TECH will be a special meeting place for the dairy, baking, and confectionery trades. Inaugurating the fair on 12 September will be Baker's and Confectioner's Day (MTP, pavilions 5, 9, 9A) and the II Polish Bread Festival (Old Market Sqaure in Poznań). Modern technologies, machines, and equipment, as well as food ingredients under four thematic exhibitions will be presented by over 300 exhibitors from, among others, Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, France, and Belgium. The exposition will boast a record setting number of new products and market premiers - almost 130!

The Polagra-Tech fair will be held in Pavilions: 4, 5, 9, 9A (this Pavilion will be built specially for Polagra-Tech) and Pavilion 6
